Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Sandeshak WhatsApp Business platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sandeshak lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business Account (via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages, automate replies with a chatbot builder, run messaging campaigns, manage contacts, and view analytics from a single dashboard.

3. Your Account & WhatsApp Number

You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number you connect to the Service, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to use the phone number and business information you provide.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Platform Terms, including obtaining proper opt-in consent before messaging any customer and not sending spam, unsolicited, or prohibited content.

5. Message Delivery

Messages sent through the Service are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Sandeshak is not responsible for delivery failures, account restrictions, or messaging limits imposed by Meta/WhatsApp.

6. Fees & Billing

Use of certain features may require a paid subscription as described at the time of purchase. WhatsApp conversation-based charges billed by Meta are separate from and in addition to any Sandeshak subscription fee.

6a. Prepaid Wallet

Where you use Sandeshak on a prepaid basis, funds added to your wallet are a non-transferable advance against future use of the Service only — they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or used for any purpose outside Sandeshak. Wallet balance is consumed automatically as messages are sent, at the rates shown in your account. Unused balance does not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Refunds of unused balance, if any, are at Sandeshak's discretion and may be subject to deductions for services already rendered.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service, including violations of WhatsApp's messaging policies.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandeshak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
