When you use the Service, we collect: (a) account information (name, email, phone number, business details) provided at signup; (b) message content, contact lists and phone numbers you upload or that message your connected WhatsApp number, in order to deliver the messaging features of the Service; (c) usage data such as login activity and feature usage; (d) information from the WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta APIs (e.g. WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, message delivery status) needed to operate your account.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: provide and operate the messaging, chatbot, campaign and inbox features of the Service; authenticate users and secure accounts; send messages on your behalf through the WhatsApp Business Platform; generate analytics and reporting for your account; and comply with legal and Meta platform requirements.

4. Sharing With Meta / WhatsApp

To deliver messages, the Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Message content and recipient phone numbers you send through the Service are transmitted to Meta for delivery, subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and message data only as long as needed to provide the Service. Conversation messages are automatically deleted after a fixed retention period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page for instructions.
