Data Deletion Instructions

1. Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Sandeshak account and all associated data (profile information, contacts, message history, campaigns and chatbot flows) at any time.

2. How to Request

Send a deletion request by email to info@rgltechnologies.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered WhatsApp Business phone number so we can locate your account.

3. What Gets Deleted

We will permanently delete your account, contacts, message history and campaign data from our systems. This does not affect any data already delivered to or stored by Meta/WhatsApp as part of message delivery, which is governed by Meta's own policies.

4. Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request and will confirm by email once completed.
